Your Rights
- Vote on leadership elections and policy changes.
- Access transparent financial summaries and governance reports.
- Request interest-free loans after meeting eligibility rules.
- Participate in Agor pool scheduling and distribution.
- Raise concerns or propose agenda items through the Secretary.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute on schedule and maintain good standing.
- Honor guarantor commitments and support fellow members.
- Vote responsibly and respect collective decisions.
- Keep your profile and verification documents up to date.
- Uphold cooperative values in communications and actions.
Accountability & Discipline
Members who miss contributions, fail guarantor obligations, or breach cooperative rules may face review by the committee. The process prioritizes correction and support before escalation.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are handled through a structured process: initial mediation, committee review, and escalation to the General Assembly when necessary. Records are kept for transparency.
Data & Privacy Rights
Members can request access to their data, corrections to inaccuracies, and explanations of how data is used. Requests are handled by the data governance team.
