Our governance model is member-led and accountable. Every member has a vote, and key decisions are made through structured meetings, documented policies, and transparent reporting.
General Assembly
The highest decision-making body. Members vote on leadership, bylaws, annual plans, and major policy changes. Each member has one vote.
Executive Committee
Elected officers oversee daily operations, approvals, and reporting. Roles are defined in bylaws and reviewed by members.
Voting Cadence
Leadership elections and key decisions follow a published schedule. Notifications and ballots are distributed through the app.
Quorum & Decision Rules
Quorum requirements ensure meaningful participation. Decisions are recorded with vote counts and published in the Transparency Hub.
Meeting Structure
AGM
Annual review of finances, leadership performance, and strategic plans.
Quarterly Reviews
Performance updates, policy adjustments, and risk reviews.
Special Sessions
Held when urgent decisions require member approval.
Transparency Standards
Meeting minutes, voting results, financial summaries, and committee updates are shared through the Transparency Hub. Members can request additional disclosures through the Secretary’s office.
Committees & Checks
Committees may be formed for loans, compliance, membership, and transparency. Each committee operates under clear mandates, recorded decisions, and periodic review by members.
Conflict of Interest
Leaders and committee members are expected to disclose conflicts and recuse themselves from decisions where impartiality could be compromised. This protects fairness and preserves trust.
Policy Amendments
Proposed bylaw or policy changes are shared with members in advance, discussed in meetings, and approved by member vote. Approved updates are published in Resources.
